Elders Drop-In Exercise

WLFN Elders, please join us for Elders Exercise Class with Noah Ryll!

Exercising is a great way to prevent disease, improve mood, boost energy, and reduce the risk of falls.

Classes are booked for Jan. 11, Jan. 25, Feb. 8, and Feb. 22, at the Elders Building.
