SUMMARY:IRunWalkWheel (read description)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the IRunWalkWheel (IRWW) Program — a supportive\, community-focused fitness program where you can walk\, run\, or wheel at your own pace. This 13-week program takes place every Monday starting January 26\, 2026\, with two time options each day (12–1 PM or 5–6 PM) so you can choose what works best. We will meet at the Elizabeth Grouse Gymnasium each week. Everyone is welcome — all ages\, all abilities\, community members and staff. \n\n\n\nOver the weeks\, participants will gradually build toward completing a 5 km or 10 km goal\, with prizes and encouragement along the way. Our final milestone will be traveling to Kamloops to take part in Boogie the Bridge on April 26\, 2026 — doing it at your own pace\, in your own way. To register\, please email nathan.antonio@wlfn.ca
