Williams Lake First Nation Welcomes New Employment Coordinator, Bobby-Jo Kowalski

Williams Lake First Nation is pleased to welcome Bobby-Jo Kowalski to our team as our new Employment Coordinator.

Bobby-Jo will be working with Shawna Robbins to support clients on their employment journeys.

With over 20 years of experience in employment services, including her time with WorkBC, Bobby-Jo brings a strong background in helping individuals enhance their resumes, build confidence, and market themselves effectively. Having taken some time away from the workforce to raise her family, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges involved in returning to work and is passionate about supporting others in similar transitions.

Outside of the office, Bobby-Jo is an active volunteer in her small community, including working with her local 4H Club.

We’re excited to have Bobby-Jo on board and look forward to the knowledge and support she brings to our clients.
