President: Leads the Volunteer Committee, oversees planning meetings, coordinates with Pow Wow organizers, and ensures the committee stays on track.
Vice President: Supports the President, steps in when the President is unavailable, and assists with committee initiatives and planning.
Director (2 positions available): Supports planning and logistics for the Pow Wow, helps coordinate volunteers, and contributes to smooth event operations.
Treasurer: Manages budgets, tracks expenses, reports on finances, and ensures transparent financial records for the committee.
Secretary: Records meeting minutes, maintains committee records, manages communications, and supports administrative tasks for the committee.
